It is assumed that upon making your reservation, you have read these policies and agree to abide by them.
Bookings
The earlier you make your reservations for service the better! At least a week's notice is desired. For last minute bookings, less than 72 in advance, a $50 surcharge may be applied to your bill. If boarding, also read that section.

Cancellations
Once your booking is confirmed, notice of at least 48 hours is requested if cancellation is necessary. Less time with notification requires a minimum fee of $50 to a maximum of $100 depending on the duration of the booking.
Unscheduled Visits
At the proprietor's discretion, a convenience charge may be added for any extra visits made while owner is away due to travel, weather, work or personal reasons for delayed return. Such a fee will be a minimum of $15 added to the base visit fee.
